Refund policy
Everything in our store is preowned and used. We strive to only put out books that are in average to great condition, but you are purchasing items as is.
Our grading process is to make sure that the Spine is legible, the Cover and Back are free of dirt and not damaged beyond normal wear and tear, the Pages are not torn, do not have any odor, and are all there.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any product that we sell, unless it is missing pages that we did not see.
To get a refund, you must contact the store office at 318-224-2665 and speak to the manager.
